General Terms
The following Terms & Conditions reflects the obligations of you, the Webmaster and cash4partners.com
By submitting the online application, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions herein, and that you agree to comply with these, being legally responsible.
– One account per company / individual is allowed, unless other have been agreed
– You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal age in your jurisdiction, to have an account with Cash4Partners.
– Cash4Partners reserves its rights to decline any application, for any reason. Just as Cash4Partners reserves the right to terminate any account in violation with our terms and standards. All amounts earned could be voided.
– Webmasters cannot promote Cash4Partners products and services in a false and/or misleading manor. This could be by claiming false discounts, or by claiming something to be free, when not. Webmaster activities must not lead to complaint flows.
– Cash4Partners does not allow promotion of its products and services through illegal means, or on sites containing illegal materials. Feel free to contact us and double check on this, since most promotions in general will be OK.
Payouts
– All balances are calculated in €, even if the website promoted is processed in another currency.
– Payments are sent once per month, no later than the 10th. Say you earn €xxx in during May, you will then receive your payment in early June.
– A minimum earning of €100 is needed to trigger a payout, if minimum balance is not reached, your earnings will be carried over.
– Payout options are Paxum (€, $, £) & Litecoin (LTC). There are no payout fees, and if you choose another payout currency, then €, we will use the official exchange rate.
Geographic Restrictions
– We have no restrictions on from what country you as a webmaster can be located, however, in some jurisdictions, our payout options may be limited to Litecoin (LTC) options.
– A few of our websites can be Geo restricted in certain countries. An example, could be one of our more extreme Brazilian girl/girl domination websites mfdesires.om, that to protect the models does not accept Brazilian end users.
Program Type
– We are currently only offering a classic revenue share program. For adult membership sites, the percentage is calculated with the following formula; Profits = Sales + Renewals – Refunds – Chargebacks.
– All commissions are Lifetime, as long as the user renews their membership. Commissions are also paid for returning users, as long as the user is re-subscribing using their original email address.
– We do not restrict you as a webmaster to sign up for our program using your own affiliate link, however, to receive payouts a minimum of one other user should have purchased a subscription/service through your affiliate link.
– Cookies are valid for a lifetime, and work on the concept “Last to send visitor gets credit”.
Additional Terms
– We do not currently provide non-branded promotional content. Meaning, that it is not possible to rebrand our content, posting it to the tube sites, and leading it to your own website or landing page.
– Free content is provided as per request. Do you own an affiliate website of any kind, and want some videos, banners or other promotional materials, simply reach out and we will do our best to meet your needs.
– It is not allowed to remove branding, from our promotional materials.
– Email marketing. Webmasters who use email marketing, promoting products and services of Cash4Partners should do so, in a not spammy way. If we receive a high number of complaints, compared to the traffic received, we reserve the right to void earnings.
Either you or we may end this agreement at any time, with or without a cause, by giving the other party a written notice. Additionally, this agreement may be terminated immediately upon any breach of agreement by you.
All confidential information, including but not limited to, any business, technical, financial, and customer information, disclosed by one party during of this Agreement is considered as confidential, will remain the sole property of the disclosing party, and each party will keep in confidence and not use or disclose such proprietary information of the other party without express written permission of the disclosing party.
Cash4Partners and you as the Webmaster are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between then parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers of representation on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your affiliate website or otherwise, that contradicts anything herein.
By entering this agreement the Webmaster agrees not to hold Cash4Partners liable for any loss of revenue, goodwill, anticipated profits, lost business, or any other issues. Just as Cash4Partners will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. In other words, you agree not to hold Cash4Partners liable for any problems, and if unhappy with our services simply stop promoting our products and services.
Cash4Partners reserves the right to modify our Terms & Conditions at any given time. The latest and updated version will always be available on this page.
